# Sales Ask MCP

> Connect Sales Ask to Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions about your meetings.

The Sales Ask MCP server lets you ask questions about your Sales Ask meetings from the AI app you already use. Access is read-only and follows your Sales Ask permissions.

## What you need

* A Sales Ask login
* The Sales Ask MCP URL:

```

You can also find setup steps and check your connection in Sales Ask under **Settings → Integrations → Sales-Ask MCP**.

## Connect

    Works in Claude on the web and Claude Desktop.

    1. In Claude, open **Customize → Connectors** and choose **Add custom connector**. On a Team or Enterprise plan, a workspace owner may need to add it first.
    2. Name it `Sales Ask` and paste the MCP URL. If asked, choose **Sign in now** and **Register automatically**.
    3. Sign in to Sales Ask and approve the connection.
    4. In a new chat, turn on the connector from **+ → Connectors**.

    Works in ChatGPT on the web. Availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace settings.

    1. In ChatGPT, open **Plugins**, select **+**, and choose **Add custom MCP server**.
    2. Name it `Sales Ask`, paste the MCP URL, and choose **OAuth**. Use automatic registration if offered.
    3. Review the warning, create and install the plugin, then sign in to Sales Ask.
    4. In a new chat, type `@` and select the Sales Ask plugin.

## Try it

Start a new chat and ask:

Use Sales Ask to show my five most recent meetings. Tell me which organization you used.
```

If you belong to one Sales Ask organization, it's used automatically. If you belong to several, tell the assistant which one to use.
