# JustCall

> Send completed JustCall calls to Sales Ask as recordings.

JustCall sends each completed call to Sales Ask, where it's filed as a recording for the rep whose email or phone number matches the JustCall agent.

## Before you start

* A JustCall **Team** plan or higher
* An admin or owner login for JustCall
* Call recording turned on in JustCall for the numbers you want to capture

## Step 1: Copy your Sales Ask webhook URL

1. In Sales Ask, go to **Settings → Integrations** and open **JustCall**.
2. Copy the webhook URL and click **Enable**.

The URL has this format, with your [organization API key](/integrations/dialers/overview#organization-api-key) at the end:

```text theme={null}
https://api.salesask.com/integrations/justcall?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY
```

## Step 2: Add the URL in JustCall

1. Log in to JustCall as an admin.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right, then **APIs and Webhooks**.
3. Open the **Webhook Settings** tab.
4. Find **Call completed in JustCall**.
5. Click **Add URL**, paste the Sales Ask webhook URL, and click **Save**.

Add the URL to **Call completed** only. Leave the other events alone.

JustCall validates the URL when you save. If it fails, check that you pasted the full URL.

## Step 3: Check rep matching

For each rep whose calls should appear in Sales Ask, either:

* their JustCall login email matches their Sales Ask email, or
* the phone number on their Sales Ask profile is their JustCall number with country code, for example `+14165551234`.

Each rep must also be a member of your Sales Ask organization.

## Step 4: Test

Have a rep place a short call from JustCall and hang up. Within a few minutes, the call appears in Sales Ask under that rep.

## Troubleshooting

If no recording appears, check that:

* call recording is on in JustCall,
* the rep's email or phone number matches, and
* the URL in JustCall contains your current API key.
