# CallRail

> Send CallRail call recordings to Sales Ask, including outbound calls.

CallRail sends each call to Sales Ask, where it's filed as a recording for the rep whose email or business phone number matches the agent on the call.

## Step 1: Copy your Sales Ask webhook URL

1. In Sales Ask, go to **Settings → Integrations** and open **CallRail**.
2. Copy the webhook URL and click **Enable**.

The URL contains your [organization API key](/integrations/dialers/overview#organization-api-key).

## Step 2: Add the webhooks in CallRail

1. In CallRail, add the URL to the **Post-call** and **Call modified** webhooks.
2. Add the same URL to the **Outbound post-call** and **Outbound call modified** webhooks.

<Warning>
  CallRail sends outbound calls only through the outbound webhooks. If you skip them, outbound calls never reach Sales Ask.

## Step 3: Record outbound calls

In CallRail, go to **Account Settings → Details** and select **Allow my team to record outbound calls**. Sales Ask skips calls that have no recording.

## Step 4: Check rep matching

Make sure each rep's phone number in Sales Ask matches the business number CallRail reports for them, or that their Sales Ask email matches their CallRail agent email. Calls that don't match a rep are skipped.
