## What you need

## Get your API key

1. Log in to ServiceMinder as an Admin.
2. Go to **Control Panel → API Keys**.
3. Copy the API key. If you don't see one, request it from ServiceMinder support.

## Connect in Sales Ask

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** and search for **ServiceMinder**.
2. Choose organization-wide or per-team, then paste the key for the organization or each team.
3. Choose a [matching method](/integrations/overview#matching-method) and click **Save**.
