# RoofLink

> Connect RoofLink to post notes to Jobs and pull prospect appointments.

Sales Ask posts notes to the matched Job, and pulls Jobs and upcoming calendar events.

## What Sales Ask uses in RoofLink

| Object | How Sales Ask uses it |
| - | - |
| Jobs | Reads Jobs to match calls and sync value and status |
| Notes | Adds a note to the Job, without emailing the customer or notifying the rep |
| Events | Reads the next five days of events where the rep is an invitee |
| Employees | Matches reps to RoofLink employees by email |
| Lead Statuses | Reads your lead statuses so you can map them to open, won, or lost |

## What you need

* **API Key**

## Get your API key

1. Log in to RoofLink as an Admin.
2. Go to **Company Settings → API Keys**.
3. Create an API key for Sales Ask and copy it.

## Connect in Sales Ask

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** and search for **RoofLink**.
2. Paste the API key.
3. Choose a [matching method](/integrations/overview#matching-method) and click **Save**.
